Our Property Management Services

We find a tenant for your property, by advertising your property For Lease
2. We do a both a credit and background check on prospective tenants
3. We fill out the lease , hold the security deposit in escrow as per Florida Statues.
4. We collect the rent each month and either send you a check or deposit it in a financial institution. (See 5)
5. We can deposit your net rental income in a financial institution  if you are using one of the following banks

6. We handle tenant questions & concerns plus take care of minor problems
7. We recommend a home warranty on your property to take care of most repairs.
8. We check the property when a tenant moves out before refunding a security deposit.
9. We handle both Condo's and Single Family homes.
10. We currently only manage  annual rentals.
