Dear Dick & Dixie,
         Being over 1500 miles away and selling my home, I didn't know what to expect.  I was
told about this great team by a friend in Tampa.  That was the best thing my friend ever did
for me.  I contacted both of you on my trip to the area and after meeting them, I decided you
were everything that I had been told and more. 
        You listed my house for sale and supervised some repair work I was having done.  I had
been renting the house for over 5 years  My wife and I estimated that  it would take 4-6 months
to get our house sold.  You sold it the first day and you had the buyer and I got FULL PRICE. 
How can I beat that.  I will be telling all my friends here in Chicago about you.  You kept in
touch through the whole process.   My wife and I felt as if close friends were handling our
house sale.    Here's an At-A-Boy from us.

           I am writing to let you know how pleased my family and I were with your services
in selling my mother's condo.  Due to my mother's health, I was their main contact.  
Doing business long distance certainly takes more effort, but we communicated very
effectively via email.  Dick, you suggested and carried out cosmetic improvements to the
near empty condo and kept us informed about your marketing efforts.   When things
seemed to stall, Dixie suggested a price reduction based on pre-paying the maintenance
fees.  Finally, when closing was imminent, you took the responsibility of cleaning out
the last few items and donating them to charity.
          Dick & Dixie your friendly service and customer orientation are a credit to your

           You both are very wonderful people.  You sold me my condo and when I was
transferred in less than 10 months, you took on the job of getting it sold.  You both
did one great marketing job, because the sales price was over 15% more than I paid
for it.  After closing, you both stayed in touch to see how things are.  And I was also
glad you came to my open house party when I first moved in.  It was a good chance
for my friends to meet the best Realtors in the area.  You both are the greatest.

Hi, Dick & Dixie!

Oh; thank you, thank you, THANK you, you wonderful man!!!!  Thank you for brilliantly masterminding the
do-able game plan which won the mortgage after a long-fought war.  Thank you for handling all the many
many details involved in making my dream come true.  AND, of course, thank you for the Camp David hat! 
I can hardly believe it!  That was a very cool and very unexpected surprise.  But then, you are a very cool and
unexpectedly-surprising person!

And, of course, when the dust settles on the move (probably a couple of months to get everything put away!),
 we'll have a housewarming party, and you and Dixie will be the guests of honor.  There is no question that I
wouldn't have this house if it weren't for you.  (Or a hat from Camp David!!!)  Once again; thank you for
pulling off this miracle.  You can't imagine how much I appreciate you. 

I know that once I get this house ready for the market, you will have it sold.  I have watched the way you work
and I am amazed at how both of you work and get so much done.  Big hugs to the world's greatest real

You both are amazing.  When you sold my rental house and had it closed in 30 days, I just thought it was luck. 
But, when you  sold my personal residence and had it closed in 30 days, I have to say , THAT IS SKILL.  And to
get better than 98% of the price on both was also super.  In my business, I meet hundreds of people each day 
and you don't have to worry who I will be referring them to.

Our friends were right, you guys are the best.  Your knowledge of the area & your approach to
helping us find our dream home, was stress free.  Once we found our house, you both took charge
to make the entire process seamless.  Having been in business our entire lives and working with
people day in and day out, you guys show that you enjoy what you do.  I am sure that we will become
great friends and we can't wait for you guys to show us some of your favorite eaterys.

Now that the move is over and we are unpacking, we know that you found us the perfect neighborhood
